Shipping policy

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order:

  • Is marked as delivered but not received, or

  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • The Formulaa is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, you may choose to:

  • Have the order reshipped (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Receive a refund for the item price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)


Where We Deliver

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) only.


Delivery Times & Rates (ROI)

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: usually 1–3 working days from dispatch

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address

  • Tracking details are provided by email once your parcel has shipped

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays).


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email.

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A dispatch email with tracking details once your order leaves us
