Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order:

Is marked as delivered but not received, or

Arrives damaged
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

The Formulaa is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, you may choose to:

Have the order reshipped (additional shipping charges may apply), or

Receive a refund for the item price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Where We Deliver
We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) only.

Standard Tracked Delivery: usually 1–3 working days from dispatch

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address

Tracking details are provided by email once your parcel has shipped
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays).
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
