Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right within the terms below.

Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t refund items lost in transit

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Samples

  • Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund

  • Photo evidence will be required to assess the issue

How to Start a Return

  1. Email shoptheformulaa@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (sealed item for change-of-mind returns, or showing the fault/damage)

  2. We’ll review your request and send return instructions if approved

  3. Securely package the item and send it using a trackable carrier

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns

  • For partial returns, only the returned items will be refunded

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
